Inspired by the opportunity to act as responsible stewards of our planet, on behalf of our employees, our clients and the global communities we serve, we welcome you to our sustainability report.
nCircle places high importance on values and respect. Our many employee-centered programs convey our commitment to our teams, and our award-winning customer service conveys our commitment to our clients. However, we decided it was time to go further — time for nCircle, as a member of the global community, to extend our values and respect in a way that purposefully drives us to be mindful of our environmental footprint.
To understand our current "state of affairs," we studied our existing ways of doing business. With this collective view we learned of many strides we've already taken, and of new ways we can improve and set goals for the future.
In this report we share our findings, reflecting nCircle's conscientious decisions that place a priority on creating a better, sustainable business and a better, sustainable future. We know there is more work to be done and we will continue to update you as we identify areas for new ideas and resulting changes.
