Abe Kleinfeld
President and Chief Executive Officer

Abe Kleinfeld has served as President and CEO of nCircle since 2003 and brings 30 years of successful management experience in the high technology industry. Under his leadership nCircle has grown to become the leading provider of automated security and compliance auditing solutions, with over 4,500 customers worldwide.

Since joining nCircle Mr. Kleinfeld has led the company through a period of rapid sales growth and international expansion. During his tenure nCircle has been repeatedly named to the Inc. 5000, Deloitte Fast 500 and Silicon Valley Fast 50 lists of the fastest growing technology companies, as well as received numerous awards for innovation and customer satisfaction, and has been ranked among the 100 Best Places to Work in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In the past 15 years Mr. Kleinfeld has led several companies through successful liquidity events, including two mergers and two IPOs. Before nCircle, he served as Chairman & CEO of Accordus, a company Mr. Kleinfeld transformed from a healthcare exchange into a developer of adaptive demand management software for manufacturers and distributors. Before Accordus, he served as Chairman of Confer Software, a leading developer of e-Business Process Management software, where he led the company through its successful merger with Quovadx (NASDAQ:QVDX) in June 2001. Prior to Confer, Mr. Kleinfeld served as President and CEO of Eloquent, Inc. (NASDAQ:ELOQ), the leading provider of rich media business communications solutions, where he attracted an experienced management team, implemented a high-growth strategy and guided the company through its successful $83 million IPO in February 2000.

Before Eloquent, Mr. Kleinfeld was a co-founder of Odesta Systems Corporation where he played a key role in building the company from startup in 1991 through its merger with Open Text Corporation in 1995 and subsequent IPO in 1996 (NASDAQ:OTEX). Mr. Kleinfeld served as the senior executive responsible for sales, marketing and corporate development while at Open Text, a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.

Mr. Kleinfeld began his career as a telecommunications software engineer at Raytheon Data Systems followed by marketing and sales management positions with Wang Laboratories, Computer Consoles, Inc. and Oracle Corp. He holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science from SUNY-Oswego.
